FOR ATHLETIC COMMUNICATIONS

Know the story
behind the stat.

The milestone coming up. The record that just fell. The context that makes the game note.

Record Ops connects your program’s record books and game logs so your staff can find the story and trace it to the source.

BUILT FOR THE FOLLOW-UP QUESTION

“Where did
that come from?”

A good number has an answer. Follow a finding back to its supporting record or game log, see what’s missing, and keep uncertainty in view.

Evidence stays attached.
Inspect the source behind a finding before you use it.
Coverage sets the claim.
Loaded history supports bounded statements. A partial archive doesn’t become an all-time claim.
Your staff makes the call.
Review findings and corrections before they become public-facing copy.

START WITH YOUR PROGRAM

Your books.
Your definitions.
Your next game.

Start with one program and a managed pilot.

We review your record book, historical coverage, and scoring workflow together. Then we configure the workspace and rehearse the review process with your staff.

  1. Review the sources. Establish the records, coverage, and definitions that matter.
  2. Set up the workspace. Bring in your authorized data and confirm staff access.
  3. Rehearse the workflow. Check a game, a correction, and the path to approved notes.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we talk.

Does this replace our scoring system?

No. Record Ops works with your historical records and authorized scoring output. We review your existing setup to determine the supported import or connection path.

Is every workspace live automatically?

No. Live updates require an authorized source and a configured connection. Dated demonstration snapshots are separate from a connected customer installation.

What if our historical data has gaps?

We identify the available coverage and flag what needs review. Findings stay scoped to the loaded history; missing data isn’t treated as zero or as a complete archive.

Which sports can we start with?

Basketball, football, and soccer are the current product focus. Import options and historical coverage depend on the program and the source files available.

How do we get started, and what does it cost?

Email Josh with your school, sport, and the workflow you want help with. We’ll review the source material and agree on pilot scope and pricing before setup begins.
